2. Timeframe
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Proof of Purchase
To complete your return request, you will need to provide:

A photo or video showing the issue (if damaged/incorrect item)

4. Refund Process
Once we review and approve your request:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds will only be processed once the return (if required) has been received and inspected.
5. Return Shipping Costs
In most cases:

If the mistake is ours (wrong item, faulty item, damaged on arrival), we will cover the return shipping cost

If the issue does not qualify (e.g., incorrect size chosen), the customer is responsible for return postage
